VACANCIES

Applications are invited from eligible candidates (male/female) who meet the following criteria for the vacant posts in the District and Sessions Judge Court Tando Muhammad Khan.

Procedure for Submission of Application

1. Candidates for Sr. No. 01, 02 and 03 must apply online through the Sindh Testing Service (STS) website apply.sts.net.pk. Manual applications will not be accepted. Candidates must pay the prescribed test fee of Rs. 1200/- (non-refundable) through ABL or any bank using the STS Challan form.
2. Candidates applying for Sr. No. 01, 02, and 03 must apply online on or before 05-01-2026. Hard copies of the online application form are not required to be submitted to this office. Candidates must keep the application form and original paid challan for future correspondence.
3. Manual applications for Sr. No. 01, 02, and 03 will not be accepted.
4. Candidates for Sr. No. (4) to (7) must submit their applications on the prescribed form along with attested copies of educational documents, CNIC issued by NADRA, domicile, PRC, and (02) recent passport-size photographs via post/courier to the District and Sessions Judge Tando Muhammad Khan's office by 05-01-2026 at 11:00 AM.
5. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications for each post.
6. Disabled candidates will also be provided equal opportunities to participate.
7. Recruitment will be made according to the government policy and rules, including quotas (e.g., women, disabled persons, minorities), where applicable.
8. Candidates must submit their valid CNIC and original educational certificates issued by NADRA. Age relaxation policy will be followed where applicable.
9. Government employees should apply through the proper channel.
10. In the case of a government employee, they must have served for at least 03 years in the relevant district or province. The upper age limit will be 30 years (not 28 years).
11. Over-age candidates, if eligible for age relaxation and selected based on qualifications and skills, their cases for age relaxation will be submitted to the Honorable Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi for approval.
12. Candidates for Sr. No. 01, 02, 03, and Junior Clerk who obtain 40% marks in the screening test will be called for the typing test and interview through the District and Sessions Judge Committee (DSJC).
13. Candidates for Sr. No. (A) who obtain 35% marks in the screening test will be called for the typing test and interview through the District and Sessions Judge Committee (DSJC).
14. The list of candidates called for the test/interview will be displayed on the notice board of the District and Sessions Judge Court, Tando Muhammad Khan.
15. Candidates must bring their original documents at the time of the interview.
16. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
17. The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the recruitment process at any time without assigning any reason.
18. Any political recommendation will lead to the disqualification of the candidate.
19. Successful candidates will be appointed on merit.
20. The decision of the Selection Committee will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law.
21. Candidates must be residents of the relevant district.
22. The place of duty will be the District and Sessions Judge Court, Tando Muhammad Khan.
23. Candidates must be physically and mentally fit.
24. The appointment will be purely on merit.
25. The appointment will be subject to the verification of educational documents and character antecedents.
26. Selected candidates will be given an Appointment Offer letter and will be appointed after signing the terms and conditions of service.
