Procedure to submit application
- All candidates must complete the "Online Job Application Form" available at .
- A processing fee of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred only) is required. Payments can be made via 1Link 1Bill participating banks, ATMs, Internet/Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or any TCS Express Counter.
- Candidates are only required to submit the online application form; do not send hard copies of the form or the deposit slip to NTS. Candidates should retain a copy of their completed application for future reference and communication.
- No application will be received by hand.
- The last date of submission of is 04th February, 2026. The candidates who had applied earlier to this office for the jobs are advised to apply afresh.
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and fees.
- Female candidates shall also be provided equal opportunity to participate.
- Special Quota shall be observed as per rules/policy, where applicable (Women, Disabled/Special Persons, and Minorities Quota etc).
- Candidates with disability are required to submit CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and valid disability Certificate.
- Government servants must apply through the proper channel.
- For Government servants with at least 03 years of service in the Federation or the Province of Sindh, the upper age limit shall be 30 years as per the Sindh Judicial Staff Service Rules, 1994.
- The written/initial tests will be conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS). Candidates obtaining at least 50% marks in this written/initial test will be shortlisted for the skill tests (Typing/Shorthand) and subsequent interviews, which will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this Court.
- The schedule for the written tests, skill tests (Typing/Shorthand), and interviews will be published on the official websites of NTS and the District Court Sanghar .
- Additionally, the schedule will be displayed on the notice board of the District Court Sanghar.
- No separate call letters will be issued to candidates.
- All the candidates shall mention their Cell/Contact numbers and complete postal address for any further communication.
- Original documents (CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and Academic Certificates) must be produced at the time of the interview.
- The number of vacancies may increase or decrease.
- No TA and DA will be paid for appearing in Test/Interview.
- The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.
- Incomplete applications or those arrived after the due date will not be entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.
- ANY EXTERNAL INFLUENCE FOR SELECTION WILL LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION FOR THE POST APPLIED FOR AND THE DECISION OF THE DEPARTMENTAL SELECTION COMMITTEE (DSC) OF THIS COURT SHALL BE FINAL.
- This office reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the above posts without disclosing the reason at any time/stage.
