Monitor expenditure trends to ensure that they remain within the defined limits.
Ensuring compliance with existing rules and regulations, and established policies and procedures.
Reviews budget performance reports, analysing variances between approved budgets and actual expenditures. Assist on budgetary and financial policies and procedures. Participates in inter-departmental and technical meetings.
Assist to keep up-to-date of policies/ reports/ guidelines/ meeting minutes on financing, budgeting, etc.
Coordinate in research and analysis of budgetary policies and procedures.
Assist the CIO in conducting trainings.
Perform any other related tasks as required by the Chief Information Officer.
The appointments will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of (02) two years which is further extendable on annual basis subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants must be having Domicile/PRC (Form "D") of Sindh Province Competitive market-based salary packages would be offered to the successful candidates.
