Available Positions:
- MIS & M&E Officer (BPS-17): Maximum age of 40 years. Qualification criteria include an MBA/MPA/Master's degree in project management or related fields with 2 years of professional experience in program/project management. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of relevant computer applications.
- Civil Engineer (BPS-17): Maximum age of 40 years. Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 2 years post-qualification experience in project/site management of medical equipment. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council is necessary.
- Biomedical Engineer (BPS-17): Maximum age of 40 years. Requires a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or electronics engineering with 2 years post-qualification experience in procurement/management of medical equipment. Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council is necessary.
- Data Entry Operator (BPS-12): Maximum age of 30 years. Requires at least an HSC, preferably with a bachelor's degree or diploma in IT. At least one year of working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer applications is necessary.
Hospital Locations:
- Various DHQ Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including but not limited to: Mardan, Swabi, Kohat, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Chitral, Swat, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, Bajaur, Shangla, Buner, Malakand, Haripur, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Battagram, Kohistan, Torghar, and tribal districts.
Terms and Conditions:
- Candidates must appear in the ETEA screening test, with final selection and seniority determined by the appointing authority.
- All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website and obtain a Sahulat token with CNIC verification from NADRA e-Sahulat before applying.
- Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts is required, with preference given to local district applicants.
- The appointment is on a contract basis, initially for one year, extendable as per government policy.
- Positions are project-based and will be abolished automatically upon project completion.
- Lump-sum pay packages will be offered as per Government Project Policy.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- Candidates must meet eligibility criteria by the last date of application receipt.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
- Age relaxation is admissible as per government rules.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees should apply through the proper channel.

- Qualification: MBA/MSc Project Management/MBBS/BDS/Masters in Public Health/Health Administration/Health Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the public/private sector.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.

Environmental Safeguard Specialist (NPP):
- Qualification: Master's degree in Environmental Sciences/Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in relevant experience, preferably with foreign-funded projects.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Social Safeguard & Gender Specialist (NPP):
- Qualification: Master's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, or Human Geography, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years in community engagement, gender issues, and grievance redress management.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Quality Assurance & Training Specialist (NPP):
- Qualification: MBBS/BDS/MPH/Health Administration/Health Management or equivalent.
- Experience: Preference for candidates with American Board of Quality Professionals (ABQHP) or Certified Healthcare Quality Professional (CHQP) certification.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Pathologist (NPP):
- Qualification: MBBS & FCPS/MCPS in Pathology.
- Experience: Direct relevant experience.
- Age Limit: Minimum 35 years.

Computer Operator (NPP):
- Qualification: Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT/BS(CS)/BS(IT) from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years.

Office Assistant (NPP):
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree with typing speed.
- Experience: 1 year experience.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
