1. Junior Management Position - CAPEX Planning
Key Responsibilities: Developing and refining financial models, conducting cost-benefit analyses, business valuations, and due diligence for investments and new projects. Leading budget planning and forecasting, estimating revenues and expenditures, and providing strategic financial recommendations. Preparing reports on business performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and analyzing market trends. Assessing commercial, technical, and financial viability of initiatives and capital projects. Identifying and evaluating financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies, and developing internal controls. Consolidating budgets and business plans, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring effective CAPEX utilization. Providing financial insights for executive decision-making and preparing Board packs. Recommending enhancements to financial planning, reporting, and CAPEX management processes, ensuring compliance and supporting audits.
Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Master's preferred) from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign institution, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization, with 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), strong financial modeling and Excel skills, understanding and analyzing data sets and econometrics, strong grasp of financial models and business valuation techniques, ownership of projects from ideation to delivery, exceptional attention to detail in financial modeling and presentations, skilled at synthesizing complex research into actionable insights.
Age: Preferably not more than 33 years as of the last application submission date.
2. Junior Management Position - Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
Key Responsibilities: Assisting in gathering, verifying, and analyzing ESG-related data. Contributing to sustainability disclosures (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, UNGC). Supporting development of internal ESG dashboards and metrics. Supporting stakeholder engagement exercises, materiality assessments, and ESG strategy updates. Supporting ESG-related initiatives (e.g., carbon footprint reduction, supply chain sustainability). Collaborating with cross-functional teams for ESG project implementation and tracking timelines. Developing ESG leadership through capacity building and awareness improvement.
Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Master's preferred) from an HEC-recognized university or equivalent foreign institution, in any combination of disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization, with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role.
Requirements: Familiarity with key ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SASB, SDGs, CDP), strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally, and passion for sustainability and responsible business practices.
