MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - INTEGRATIONS & OT PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead automation project planning including scope, timelines, resources and risk mitigation strategies
  • Design end-to-end architecture for SCADA/DCS including field devices, RTUs, PLCs, HMI platforms, and enterprise integration
  • Drive IT/OT integration to ensure seamless data flow between operational systems (SCADA/PLCs) and enterprise platforms
  • Review SCADA/DCS design documentation, integration mapping, and testing plans for integration
  • Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and communication protocols to ensure optimal system performance and future scalability
  • Lead the planning and execution of user and network connectivity tests including servers, workstations, PCs, RTUs, PLCs, and field devices to align
  • Collaborate across-functional teams to achieve goals with business managers
  • Manage vendor coordination, technical assessment, procurement, and SCADA/DCS integration projects
  • Ensure all systems are unified under a scalable architecture to improve visibility, reduce complexity, and streamline support

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably Electrical, Electronics or related engineering fields

Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organisation with at least two years experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Processing/Manufacturing sectors is preferred

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing OT/SCADA automation projects in industrial sectors such as oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing will be an asset
  • Mastery of SCADA/DCS/HMI integration including multi-vendor platforms (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Rockwell) and field device integration (PLCs, RTUs, flow meters, MOV, smart transducers)
  • Strong understanding of industrial integration (PLCs, RTUs, flow meters, smart transducers), communication protocols (IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3, MODBUS, etc.)
  • Skilled in deploying and maintaining reliable connectivity, data flow across heterogeneous systems using OPC DA/UA, MQTT, REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies including IoT gateways, edge/cloud architecture, virtualisation, PMx, Docker
  • Competency in designing robust SCADA infrastructures with focus on interoperability, high cybersecurity, and cyber security compliance (IEC 62443, NIST)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and experience in data warehousing/reporting platforms

JUNIOR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS - INTEGRATIONS & OT PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in planning and executing OT integration and automation projects across remote site locations
  • Support configuration, testing, and deployment of SCADA/DCS systems including PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments for timely delivery of project milestones
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including system architecture, integration diagrams, testing protocols, and compliance checklists
  • Ensure all systems are integrated OT systems and assist in ensuring they are improved for management and optimization
  • Assist in ensuring that system security scans and enterprise IT guidelines are followed in OT environments
  • Provide on-ground support during FAT/SAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
  • Track project progress, maintain timelines, generate periodic status reports for review by the Manager

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably Electrical, Electronics or related engineering fields

Experience

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organisation with at least one year experience in the Oil & Gas sector is preferred

SENIOR MANAGEMENT POSITION - VIGILANCE & SECURITY SERVICES

Job Role:

To lead, direct, and monitor all security and vigilance operations nationwide, ensuring protection of company assets, personnel, and operations in compliance with company directives and government regulations. The role requires sound business acumen, security technology expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work long hours and travel frequently across the country by maintaining a safe, compliant, and secure working environment. The role reports directly to the Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive Security & Vigilance Plan ensuring safety of company assets, personnel, and operations across all sites, depots, retail outlets, HQ, head office, etc.
  • Formulate and execute risk mitigation and crisis management strategies to ensure uninterrupted business operations and protect company reputation
  • Plan and oversee deployment of security technology solutions (CCTV, biometric access, fire and intrusion detection systems, vehicle tracking, money replenishment, surveillance and control)
  • Establish and maintain liaison with LEAs, intelligence agencies, government departments, and other stakeholders for information sharing and swift action in case of incidents
  • Ensure compliance with company, HRSI, HEC regulations, legal requirements, and various security standards and government directives
  • Train and develop security personnel and ensure professional standards, discipline, and readiness across the team
  • Supervise contractors and third-party security agencies, ensuring their adherence to service standards and company policies
  • Manage departmental budget effectively by optimizing resources and efficiencies to reduce costs using technology-driven solutions
  • Report, analyse, and present security performance metrics to management, providing actionable insights for improvement
  • Promote a security-aware culture within the organisation through regular engagement programs for employees
  • Undertake any special tasks as assigned by management (corporate investigations, compliance, or risk management as assigned by management)

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master's from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution
  • Preferably ex-Armed Forces (Major or equivalent rank), preferably with experience in intelligence, counter-terrorism, or investigation assignments
  • Additional Certifications: Criminology, Security Management, Risk Assessment, Cyber/Information Security, etc. are preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 25 years of professional military experience, preferably 10-15 years in an intelligence or national/provincial law enforcement organisation
  • Experience in maintaining effective liaison with central and state government departments, LEAs, intelligence agencies, and other stakeholders for information sharing and swift action in case of incidents
  • Proven experience in conducting investigations, trial of legal cases, counter-terrorism, and intelligence requirements

  • Preferably ex-Armed Forces (Major or equivalent rank), preferably with experience in intelligence, counter-terrorism, or investigation assignments

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT POSITION - LUBRICANTS TECHNICAL SERVICES

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain/factory teams in developing or enhancing lubricant products
  • Gather and disseminate technical bulletins and knowledge materials to promote awareness of newly developed or modified lubricant products to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage technical aspects of base oils, additives, finished lubricants, packaging, formulation, field trials, product enhancements, and technical development across the company value chain
  • Ensure the lubricant manufacturing team is efficiently utilising available resources and implementing best practices to minimise costs and maximise output
  • Support the lubricant manufacturing team in ensuring that quality assurance processes are implemented and followed according to company standards
  • Ensure conformity and renewal of licenses, certifications, and OEM approvals for existing products, while working on new approvals for all products
  • Investigate and resolve technical complaints related to lubricant applications promptly, providing root-cause analysis and preventive actions
  • Maintain records of technical specifications, formulations, certifications, and quality control data

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of Engineering education, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical discipline from a renowned and HEC recognized university/institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution

Experience

  • Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, preferably in a large scale lubricant manufacturing organisation/oil marketing company
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Processing/Manufacturing sectors is preferred
  • Experience in the technical aspects of base oils, additives, finished lubricants, packaging, formulation, field trials, product enhancements, and technical development

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of lubricant manufacturing processes and quality control standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Experience in managing small to medium scale projects will be an asset
