• Education: Masters or 16 years of education in IR, Pol Sc, DSS, Peace & Conflict Studies, Defence & Diplomatic Studies, or related disciplines (focus on India/South Asia preferred). |

• Age: Maximum 35 years (includes 5 years general age relaxation). |

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of research experience at a reputable university/institution and 2 research publications in HEC-recognized journals. |
