Core Competencies: Minimum 10 years professional experience in a University, think tank, research institution, or policy-oriented organization with minimum five HEC-recognized research publications; strong leadership and team-management skills; established professional networks with Chinese think tanks, research institutions, and universities with experience in fellowships, joint research, academic exchanges and international collaborations; experience in conceptualizing and leading research projects, policy dialogues, conferences, and bilateral exchanges.	Not more than 50 years
