SITUATION VACANT
ASSISTANT

Objective of the Position: The Assistant will support the Board Secretary/ Dy. Board Secretary in managing all affairs related to the Board of Directors and Board Committees. This position is responsible for coordination, administration, record maintenance, and communication to ensure smooth operations and adherence to corporate governance standards as per applicable laws and internal policies.

Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related discipline in any field; Master's degree preferred in any discipline.
- 3-5 years' proven experience as executive/board secretary assistant or in a similar corporate governance support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-communication, and meeting management platforms.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills.

Age: Not more than 42 Years.

Other Terms & Conditions:
1. The appointment shall be on the contract basis for the period of 3 years, and extendable on satisfactory performance.
2. Positions are based in Karachi.
