How to Apply?
- Masters, Specialization in HRM from reputable institution/university recognized by HEC. At least 12 years of experience in any public or private sector entity with at least 3 years' experience as CHRMO or Head of HR Department in large sized organization.
- • Experience of dealing in a unionized environment.
- Experience of dealing with trade union / officers association issues and challenges including negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement in a complex work environment.
- Maximum age limit 45 years
- MONTHLY SALARY: Rs. 650,000/- (all inclusive).
- Board Secretary
- The Board Secretary shall be responsible for managing the business of the Board in accordance with the governing laws and rules. He/she shall facilitate smooth and effective functioning of the Board and its Committees, ensure timely flow of information between the Management and Board. He/She shall responsible for the development, management and review of governance policies and procedures of Board.
- QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Masters in Business Administration/Public Policy/Finance/Commerce from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC.
- • Member of corporate or chartered secretaries will be an added advantage.
- At least 12 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in any public or private sector entity with at least 3 years' experience as Company or Corporate Secretary or Board Secretary.
- • Maximum age limit 45 years. MONTHLY SALARY:
- Rs.500,000/- (all inclusive).
