Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Lady Health Worker (LHWs) Programme for Family Planning and Primary Health care invites applications from suitable female candidates for appointment on fixed pay purely on contract basis against gender specific vacant posts of LHWs BPS.5 for District Upper Kurram under “The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa regulation of Lady Health Workers Programme and employees (Regularization and standardization) Act, 2014.
The details of vacant seats from pre-identified vacant pockets/Uncovered catchment areas along with the name of villages and Union Councils, are displayed at the office of the District Health Officer, Kurram and (FLCFs) Health Centers in the following Union Councils:

Basic qualification : Middle preferably Matriculate. Age limit: 18-45 years for married and 20 to 45 years for Un-married candidates. Preference will be given to the Female preferably married and must be resident of the area for which she is to be appointed. Married female with past experience in community development, having the required qualification. Candidate should be willing to carry out the services from her home which will be designated a "Health House" ensuring effective linkage between the community and the public Health Care delivery system.

Terms and Conditions:
- Only applicant having domicile of District Upper Kurram & permanent resident of relevant Union Council may apply.
- Candidates should meets eligibility criteria by the last date of application submission.
- Age relaxation will be as per Government rules.
- Incomplete application OR those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Recruitment will be made through a Selection/Recruitment committee from uncovered areas/Populations.
- Only eligible candidates will be allowed to take written test, after scrutiny of applications.
- Candidates who secure at least 50% marks in written test shall be called for interview.
- Shortlisted candidates must provide original documents at the time of the interview.
- Spot verification will be conducted after the recommendation of the Selection/Recruitment committee to ensure their residential status & uncovered Catchment area, as per rules.
- Government/Semi-Government employee should apply through proper Channel.
- The number of posts may increase OR decrease on the availability of Posts.
- Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject applications at any stage.
- Providing false information will lead to disqualification.
- Verification fees for documents of selected candidates will be borne by them.
- Reserve quotas: 2% Disabled, 5% Minorities.
- On account of stationary and other expenses for test and interview, the candidates will deposit Rs. 1000/-in the DHO designated bank account.
- No TA/DA will be paid for the test and interview.

- Applicants should submit their applications along with all relevant documents (Attested photocopies of academic certification, Domicile, Experience certificates, CNIC and three recent passport size photographs) via any postal services only on the address mentioned below. Application submitted by hand OR at the office will not be accepted.
- The application form will be available at DHO office only and no other forms or Photocopies will be accepted.
- Candidate will have to provide residence certificate duly verified from Secretary Village council.
- Candidate will be informed through SMS for test/Interview dates, time and venue.
- Candidates are directed not to give ported/Converted phone numbers.
- Candidates should apply within 15 days of publication of this Advertisement.
