Terms and Conditions:
(1) All eligible candidates will be allowed to give their screening test.
(2) During scrutiny by the competent authority, if any candidate is found ineligible for any reason, the concerned candidate will be disqualified for recruitment at any stage.
(3) Candidates will be informed about the test/interview via SMS, so all candidates should not change or turn off their number until the recruitment process is complete, otherwise all responsibility will rest with the candidate.
(4) All recruitments will be made on a permanent basis according to the prevailing government rules.
(5) Candidates who meet the required standard will be called for test/interview.
(6) The overall eligibility of candidates will be determined up to the last date of receipt of applications.
(7) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
(8) Shortlisting of candidates will be based on the ETEA screening test.
(9) While after passing all types of tests, the Levies Department will once again conduct your physical measurement and interview, in case of failure in which you will be considered ineligible (meaning the test conducted by ETEA will be considered temporary and the authority of physical measurement and selection will rest with the department).
(10) No TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for interview.
(11) The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of advertised posts at any time.
(12) Government employees should apply through their department with an NOC certificate.
(13) It is mandatory to bring original documents on the day of the interview.
(14) According to the Karak Levies Rules, no age relaxation will be given for the upper age limit for the post of Sepoy (BPS-07).
Application Procedure
(1) After creating a profile on the ETEA website and before depositing the fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and go to any franchise NADRA e-Sahulat center with your original ID card to verify your ID card. Without this verification, you will not be able to apply for any post. This is not required for an already verified profile.
(2) After profile verification, to deposit the fee, print the deposit slip from the ETEA website and deposit it at any UBL Bank or Easy Paisa agent or NADRA e-Sahulat center. You will receive a confirmation SMS for this. The test fee can also be deposited through the UBL Bank or Easy Paisa application via mobile phone. The test fee is non-refundable. Keep the original deposit slip with you as you will not be allowed to sit the exam without the deposit slip and roll number slip.
Note:
(1) You will receive all information regarding the test/interview via SMS.
(2) The test fee once deposited is non-refundable and non-transferable.
(3) Only original documents will be acceptable at the time of interview.
(4) Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
(5) The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any time.
