Applications are invited for the following positions at "Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Center (JMC&RC)" under the Ministry of NHSR&C, Islamabad, for appointment on a contract basis till completion of the project (whichever is earlier) on a market-based/industry competitive pay package.

Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in finance (15 years for non-CA), with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/managerial role overseeing financial operations of large-scale construction or healthcare development projects.

JD Summary:

• Lead financial planning, project finance management, and financial strategy for JMC&RC.

• Develop and oversee budgets, cash flows, and financial risk management systems.

• Ensure compliance with SECP, PPRA, tax, and financial reporting standards.

• Supervise treasury, payments, and vendor financial controls.

• Liaise with Board, CEO, and external stakeholders.

• Oversee ERP implementation and technology-based financial reporting.

General Manager - Human Resources (GM-HR)

Experience: 10-15 years progressive HR experience including 3-5 years in senior leadership. Preference for healthcare, construction, or development-sector experience.

Biomedical Engineer

Experience: Minimum 10 years in hospital equipment planning, procurement, commissioning & maintenance; experience with hospital construction/commissioning projects is essential. Knowledge of FDA, CE, ISO standards required.

JD Summary:

• Provide technical input in design and construction to ensure alignment of biomedical systems with clinical and accreditation standards (JCI, CAP, DRAP, ISO 13485).

• Review architectural and MEP drawings for medical equipment integration and utilities placement.

• Prepare equipment lists, technical specifications, and vendor evaluation criteria.

• Supervise installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of medical equipment.

• Develop preventive maintenance plans, SOPs, training manuals, and asset registries.

• Support transition to operational readiness and accreditation compliance.

Manager Operations & HR Operations Support

Manager - Financial Reporting and Audit
