Director Implementation & Compliance (PPS-09):
Requires a Master's degree in Economics/MA/MSc in Project Management/Engineering Management/BSc (Engineering) with 12 years of experience in planning, appraisal, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Public Sector Development projects. The maximum age limit is 55 years, and there is one post available.
Chief Monitoring Officer (PPS-08):
Requires a Master's degree in Economics/MA/MSc (Agriculture Economics)/MBA/MSc (Engineering), or MS Project Management/Engineering Management with 12 years of experience in planning, implementation/monitoring of development projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring Public Sector Development projects. Hands-on experience with Project Monitoring & Evaluation systems (M&E) is an advantage. The candidate must be willing to travel to far-flung areas independently for field monitoring. The maximum age limit is 55 years, and there is one post available for Islamabad Office and one for Quetta Office.
Director/Chief Evaluation Officer (PPS-08):
Requires a Master's degree in Economics/Agricultural Economics, or Social Science or Public Administration, Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) from a recognized University, with 12 years of experience in M&E. Experience in the evaluation of PSDP projects is preferred. The candidate should be able to identify projects for evaluation and have knowledge of project management fundamentals, MS Office, E-Office, Web Browsers, and email. The maximum age limit is 55 years, and there is one post available.
Evaluation Officer (PPS-07):
Requires a Master's degree in Economics/Agricultural Economics/Health Sciences/Natural Sciences/Social Sciences or Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) from an HEC-recognized university, with 6 years of demonstrated experience in conducting evaluations of development projects, preferably in the public sector. The maximum age limit is 50 years, and there is one post available.
Monitoring Officer (PPS-07):
Requires an MA (Economics), MSc (Agri Economics), MBA, BSc (Engg), or Master's in Public Health, MS (PM) with 5 years of experience in planning, implementation, and monitoring of development projects. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in monitoring Public Sector development Projects. The candidate must be willing to travel to far-flung areas independently for field monitoring. The maximum age limit is 45 years, and there are eight posts available.
Deputy Director – Implementation & Compliances (PPS-08):
Requires a Master's degree in Economics/Agriculture Economics/MBA/MPA/M.Com/MBS in Project management Eng Management BSc Engg with 5 years of experience in Planning, Implementation and monitoring of projects. Experience in monitoring of Public Sector development Projects preferred. The maximum age limit is 50 years, and there is one post available.
Admin Officer (PPS-7):
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in administration/establishment/protocol-related matters. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government departments. The maximum age limit is 45 years, and there is one post available.
APS (PPS-6):
Requires a Bachelor's degree with a typing speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing, respectively, and proficiency in MS Office. Two years of experience in the relevant field is required. The maximum age limit is 50 years, and there is one post available.
Accountant (PPS-6):
Requires an MBA Finance/M.Com/CA Inter, ACCA Foundation with 1 year of working experience in the maintenance of cash/accounts books and monotonous work with AGPR. Preference will be given to candidates with computer literacy. The maximum age limit is 45 years, and there is one post available.
