Job Opportunity: Unit Head – WhatsApp Banking (AVP / VP)
- Location: Karachi
- Reporting to: Wing Head – Digital Banking & ADC
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference is given to candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum 06 years in Banking, Finance, Telecom, or Fintech.
- At least 03 years specifically in WhatsApp Banking, Mobile Apps, SMS Banking, USSD, or Digital Payments.
- Skills: Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills; knowledge of digital banking regulations and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic planning and execution of WhatsApp Channel growth.
- Enhancing customer engagement and registration on the WhatsApp platform.
- Collaborating with internal/external partners to introduce value-added services.
- Ensuring security, fraud control, and regulatory compliance.
- Tracking KPIs and providing data-driven insights for product innovation.
Employment Terms
- Type: Contractual for three years (renewable).
