Job Overview
- Position Title: Wing Head – Branch Operations & Coordination (VP / SVP)
- Location: Karachi (Operations Department)
- Reporting To: Divisional Head – Branch Banking
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduation (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- Experience: At least 12 years of banking experience, with 5 years specifically in managing Branch Banking Operations at a Divisional, Regional, Zonal, or Cluster Head level.
- Skills: Knowledge of audit frameworks, SBP regulations, risk assessment, leadership, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing audit reports and ensuring corrective actions.
- Ensuring branches provide quality customer service.
- Reviewing annual performance and risk factors.
- Coordinating with external auditors (AGP) and the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) for compliance and inspections.
- Monitoring risk portals and addressing exceptions.
Employment Details
- Type: Contractual basis for three years (renewable based on performance).
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates meeting the criteria will be invited for panel interviews.
