Educational Qualification

Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local/international HEC recognized University/College/Institute. Master's degree will be preferred.

Experience

Minimum 05 years of experience in banking out of which at least 03 years as Branch Manager and/or Branch Operations Manager. For female Branch Managers, minimum 2.5 years as Branch Manager/Branch Operations Manager.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

• To undertake the responsibility of overall management of branch affairs, including inter alia audit, environment, customer care, etc. • To achieve the branch sales/financial objective. • To provide a smoothed and support the implementation of sales strategy. • To lead branch business development efforts and grow customer base for deposit generation and/or market retail banking products (Concerned). • To ensure service delivery in the branch to the highest standards. • To ensure effective communication and strong working relationship with the Regional Business Head and other bank's vertical business plan and budget, to ensure that the branch achieves its plans/targets provided by the Regional Business Head. • To ensure strict deposit generation through opening of new accounts in new areas/vicinity of the branch pertaining to market segmentation, department and mass market segments. • To convert existing accounts into running accounts/deposit accounts and increase the branch profitability. • To achieve business and service targets & demands. • To monitor internal controls of the branch on a regular basis to ensure sound operational health leading to compliance with the Bank's internal policies and prudential regulations. • To comply with all AML and KYD regulations, policies and procedures. • To manage operating expenses, recruitment, succession and empowering the team. • To establish a culture and work environment that attracts, retains and motivates the highest quality of people in the branch. • To maintain all files / documentation and ensure comprehensive records maintenance locally for business operations. • To ensure all requirements/services related to business are achieved as desired. • To ensure all SOFs are followed as per the policies and procedures of Bank.

Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities

• To analyze, comprehend and prepare reports for statistical analysis of project working. • To provide analysis and reports on various aspects of Retail Banking Group (RBG) performance for view and decision making. • To prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS of all RBG products/branches of the region. • To prepare data analysis for view and decision making by the management. • To assist in the preparation of business cases for new initiatives. • To ensure timely MIS data analysis for review and decision. • To prepare presentations related to business. • To assist and liaise with the branches on regular business reports. • To ensure all requirements/services related to business are achieved as desired. • To ensure all SOFs are followed as per the policies and procedures of Bank. • To work in early hours. • To assist and liaise with the branches on various reports. • To ensure all requirements/services related to business are achieved as desired. • To ensure all SOFs are followed as per the policies and procedures of Bank.
