Position
- Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
How to Apply?
- Attend office from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days
- Ensure provision of medical facilities to eligible employees and their families
- Attend to emergency medical situations
- Examine employees and refer them to hospitals/consultants when necessary
- Scrutinize and endorse medical bills, ensuring compliance with company policy
- Carry out medical examinations and issue fitness certificates for new employees
- Determine employee fitness after recovery from illness
- Maintain liaison with panel medical facilities
- Enlist new panel medical facilities and negotiate rates
- Maintain individual medical history records
- Advise management on healthcare safety and precautionary measures
- Provide strategic insights on healthcare trends
- Work scope includes Lahore Office and related branch office matters
- Perform other medical facility-related functions as assigned
- Be available online/on the phone after office hours for emergencies

Terms and Conditions: The appointment is purely on a retainership basis.
- The appointment can be terminated with one month's notice or payment in lieu thereof.
- The CMO will not be a permanent or contract employee of NICL.
- Remuneration will be accounted for as a medical/administrative expense with withholding tax deductions.
