POSITIONS VACANT
The Government of Balochistan, Health Department intends to conduct walk-in interviews for qualified eligible candidates on 10-07-2026 for the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pak Oman Hospital, Pasni, District Gwadar on a purely contract basis under the following terms and conditions:
Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Responsibilities:
- a) Lead and ensure implementation of Government policies, Board decisions, and Health Department directions.
- b) Manage hospital administration, operations, and functions effectively and efficiently.
- c) Oversee and coordinate the work of administrative, clinical, and technical staff.
- d) Act as the principal accounting officer responsible for hospital management and funds; ensure effective investment/utilization, carry out audits, and manage asset records.
- e) Prepare gap analyses for infrastructure, Training Need Assessments, and service delivery improvements; present strategic plans for Board approval.
- f) Assist the hospital in strategic thinking, planning, and leadership; manage daily affairs, petty cash, and administrative tasks.
- g) Provide leadership and direction to all senior management and staff.
- h) Coordinate the formulation of meetings and minutes, execute decisions, and maintain hospital records.
Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: MBBS with MPH or equivalent qualification with a valid registration certificate from PMDC.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in hospital management, public policy, project administration, financial management, planning, and development.
Terms & Conditions:
- The appointment is purely on a contract basis for 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance.
- Only candidates with a Local/Domicile of Balochistan are eligible to apply.
- The upper age limit is 62 years.
- No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
