PSEB seeks to hire qualified professionals on a contract basis
CHIEF SKILLS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CSDO)
CRITERIA
Age (Max.): 55 Years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in ICT, Business, Education Leadership, Management Sciences, Public Policy, or a related discipline. Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in skills development, workforce strategy, or digital transformation are also encouraged to apply. Degree(s) must be from a HEC-recognized national or international university/institution.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in IT workforce development, higher education, skills training, government liaison, and strategic planning. Proven track record in managing large teams, leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, and driving national-level policy initiatives.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in managing national or large-scale training initiatives involving multi-stakeholder engagement.
CHIEF INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CIDO)
CRITERIA
Age (Max.): 55 Years
Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Business, Economics, or related fields from an HEC-recognized local or international university. Higher qualifications in Business Administration, Public Policy, or Finance will be preferred. Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in IT, business enablement, industry facilitation, infrastructure development, public-private partnerships, or related domains. At least 5 years of experience in project or program management involving stakeholder coordination, regulatory facilitation, or ecosystem development. Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership or decision-making role, preferably in a tech-focused, export-oriented, or public-sector organization. Experience working with regulatory authorities, chambers, provincial bodies, or business facilitation units will be considered highly relevant.
