Qualifications

BE/BS (Hons) Civil Engineering (PEC-registered), Project Construction Management and Design, Master's in Economics, Business/Public Administration (MBA/MPA), Masters in Project Management, Public Administration, Public Policy (MPP) or any other relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution

Experience

At least 5-7 years post qualification experience in project management and implementation with reasonable experience of implementing foreign funded programs/projects

Applications shall be scrutinized as per Project Director Appointment Policy (GoB) dated 31st December 2025 and relevant donor guidelines. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates who had applied for the said post in light of Advertisement PRQ No. 646/16-08-2025 shall apply afresh.
