Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of education with specialization in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following disciplines: BS/BE in Engineering (having registration with PEC), Project Management, Public Policy, or relevant field of social sciences, MBA/MPA, Master's or 4-year BS degree in Economics or other relevant fields.
Experience
Minimum Ten (10) years and above of professional experience in implementation of rural and urban planning, infrastructure development, project management and relevant experience in development projects across both public and private sector. Must have sound knowledge of project planning and implementation processes, particularly the Government of Pakistan's project planning and management procedures. Relevant experience as project director in public sector in Balochistan will be an added advantage.

Government Employees must apply through proper channel and must obtain NOC from their concerned department by the due date. The position is on contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and until completion of the project. This is for the PSDP funded scheme entitled 'Turbat City Development Project / Master Plan'.
