Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of education with specialization in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following disciplines: BS/MS in Engineering (having registration with PEC), Project Management, MBA/MPA/MPP, Master's or 4-year BS degree in Economics or other relevant fields.
Experience
Minimum Ten (10) years and above of professional experience in implementation of rural and urban planning, infrastructure development, project management and relevant experience in development projects across both public and private sector. Must have sound knowledge of project planning and implementation processes, particularly the Government of Pakistan's project planning and management procedures. Relevant experience as project director in public sector in Balochistan will be an added advantage.
