BE/BS Civil Engineering or Master's in Public Health Engineering or Water and Sanitation or a Master's in Environmental Engineering with a specific focus on Water and Sanitation issues. Advanced degrees would be preferred.

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. However, relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant WATSAN/Environment related work done before the MS degree. (Age: Below 40 years)

Master's in Environmental Engineering with a specific focus on SWM. Advanced degrees would be preferred.

Assistant Urban Planner (BPS-17)

BE/BS Degree in Urban and Regional or Town Planning. Foreign qualifications will be preferred.

At least 03 years of relevant experience. However, relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant Urban Planning work done before the MS degree. (Age: Below 40 years)

Social Organizer (BPS-17)

Master's in Social Work, or Sociology, or Anthropology, or relevant field.

Minimum 05 years of relevant experience. However, relaxation can be granted in lieu of higher qualifications or relevant work done before a Master's degree. (Age: Below 40 years)

PA to PD (BPS-16)

BS in Business, English, Journalism, or related discipline. Proficient in English and the use of MS Office and the internet.

At least 02 years' experience of working capacity similar. (Age: Below 35 years)

Office Assistant (BPS-14)

BS in Business administration or related discipline. Proficient in English and the use of MS Office and the internet. Preference will be given to Master's degree holders in Business Administration or Computer Science.

Sub Engineer (BPS-12)

Diploma of Associate Engineering (Civil) from a recognized institute.

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. (Age: Below 35 years)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, they will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
  2. All the candidates will be required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
  3. The candidate must possess a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts.
  4. Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.
  5. Appointment will be purely on a contract basis till the completion of the project, as per the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 2022.
  6. The posts are project posts and will stand abolished automatically on completion of the project.
  7. A lump-sum fixed pay package will be offered as per Government policy.
  8. Call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
  9. Candidates should apply before the last date for receipt of applications.
  10. Incomplete applications and those received after the due date will not be entertained.
  11. Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through the proper channel.
  12. Candidates intending to apply for more than one post should apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
  13. Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of the interview.
  14. The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
  15. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application without assigning any reason.
  16. Applications other than the online method will not be accepted.
  17. No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.
  18. Equivalence of foreign degrees/certificates from HEC must be provided.
  19. Applicants should fill in all the information while filling out the online application form, as incomplete applications will not be entertained. False information will result in strict action.
  20. The advertisement can be canceled/withheld at any stage due to rectification.

How to Apply

  1. Interested candidates may first visit the ETEA website and apply for the posts online.
  2. After successful submission of the application, candidates should take a printout of the online form (having a system-generated tracking number).
  3. Candidates' personal information will be generated.
  4. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed fee at any branch of UBL Bank via UBill.
  5. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having a bank stamp with yourself.
  6. After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will be checked by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
  7. Availability of online applications on the ETEA website is from February 26, 2025 to March 24, 2025.
  8. The last date for submission of online applications is March 24, 2025.
  9. Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website.
  10. Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
  11. No separate call letter will be dispatched for the screening test.
