VACANCY
The Government of Balochistan, Planning and Development Department invites applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals for a position of "Project Director" for the PSDP-funded project entitled, "IMPROVEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE OF BULEDA TOWN, PHASE-I & II". The position will be filled purely on a contract basis in line with the PD's appointment policy notified by the P&D Department. Further details are given as follows:

| Job Type | The Project Director will be appointed on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable on a yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance and until completion of the project. |
| Qualification and Experience | Education: Minimum 16 years of education with specialization in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized institution in one of the following disciplines: BS/BE in Engineering (having registration with PEC), Project Management, MBA / MPA, Master's or 4-year BS degree in Economics or other relevant fields. Experience: Minimum Ten (10) years and above of professional experience in implementation of rural and urban planning, infrastructure development, project management, and relevant experience in development projects across both public and private sectors. Must have sound knowledge of project planning and implementation processes, particularly the Government of Pakistan's project planning and management procedures. Relevant experience as a project director in the public sector in Balochistan will be an added advantage. Age Limit: Minimum: 40 years, Maximum: 62 years (as of the date of appointment). |
