TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Both Male/Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
- Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the "Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) initially for a period of 3 years extendable subject to good performance.
- In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Special Persons (Differently able persons) must attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
- Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
- Age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
- Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dealt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Quotas will be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- If a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
- Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
- Only the degree issued by the university/institute or reputed foreign university with HEC recognized, will be considered/acceptable.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
- Complete original documents along with 2 sets of attested photocopies will be provided by the shortlisted applicants at the time of Scrutiny/Interview.
- Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria under the rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
- Candidates will bring all the original degrees/diplomas at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
- The appointing authority reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level/stage without assigning any reason.
- Candidates shall have at least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test. However, in case if the required pool for shortlisting is not achieved out of 50% passing NTS marks then the department/institution has the right to reduce the shortlisting criteria for interview as per policy for shortlisting as defined by the Administrative Department/Institution according to the Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from an institute affiliated/registered/recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Institution/Faculty.
- The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition/clause in shortlisting criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.
- Only the candidates after passing NTS test will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
- Candidates shall apply online by visiting National Testing Service (NTS) website after issuance of this advertisement in daily newspaper.
- Candidates shall submit filled in Application form (online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, Copy of CNIC, and two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates etc.) directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on Application Form.
HOW TO APPLY
- The Candidates are required to apply for the post through National Testing Services Portal till 19-01-2026 after the Publication of Advertisement. The Candidates shall submit their duly filled in application forms along with two/02 sets of attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificates/Degrees/Diplomas/valid registration certificates/other relevant documents, domicile certificate/experience certificate (if any) and 4 passport size photographs to NTS office.
- The Last Date for submission of Applications is: 19-01-2026
- The Candidates apply online by Visiting National Testing Service Website and Candidates are advised to visit official NTS website for updates within the duration of 20 days.
- The Date of Written Test will be communicated to the Eligible/Shortlisted Candidates only through NTS and their Roll Number Slips will be uploaded on the relevant website before the test.
- The Shortlisted Candidates as per Para-17 of terms and conditions will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearance in test/interview.
- The list of selected candidates will be displayed in concerned institution/hospital and the selected candidates will also be informed by the institution through call letter as per merit list provided by the NTS.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for appointment in the service.
