ADVERTISEMENT

Applications are invited for appointment on an "Adhoc Basis" from suitable candidates having the required qualification and experience for the posts mentioned below under as per eligibility criteria defined in the Punjab Health Department Allied Health Professional Service Rules, 2012 (as amended); Punjab Health Department Technical Posts Service Rules, 2003; Punjab Health Department Paramedical Establishment Service Rules, 2003 & Punjab Health Department Miscellaneous Posts Service Rules, 2003; Punjab Civil Servant Act, 1974 (VIII of 1974) (as amended); Medical & Dental Teaching Post Service Rules, 1979 (as amended); The Punjab Gazette, Extraordinary, 1998 (as amended); Punjab Health Department (General, Specialists and Miscellaneous Posts) Service Rules, 1981 (as amended); General Medical Cadre Posts Service Rules, 2017 etc.

If none is available with above qualification then: - MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by the PMDC / PMDC and FCPS or MS or FRCS or MRCP or MD or Diplomat of American Board (General Surgery or Medicine, whichever is relevant to the respective specialty) or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by the PMDC / PMDC with three years post-graduation practical experience in the respective specialty from a recognized institute. b) Five (05) years teaching experience in the specialty in a recognized institution as Assistant Professor or equivalent position recognized by the PMDC / PMDC with at least 3 research papers published in a standard Medical Journal as recognized by the PMDC / PMDC, as Assistant Professor in the respective specialty, and
2	Consultant Anesthesia / Senior Registrar Anesthesia	18	02	28-45 Years	MBBS with M.Sc. or FCPS in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification recognized by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council. If none is available with the above qualification, then MBBS with postgraduate qualification in the relevant subject or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with one year's practical experience in the field of Anesthesia at a recognized institution before or after post-graduation.
3	Consultant Cardiologist / Senior Registrar Cardiology	18	03	25-45 Years	i) MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC and the following post-graduate qualification in the subject / specialty: - 1) FCPS (Cardiology), or 2) M.D (Cardiology), or equivalent qualification in the specialty recognized by PMDC, or 3) FCPS (Medicine) / M.D (Medicine), or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC with Minor Diploma in Cardiology recognized by the PMDC. ii) If no such candidate is available with the aforesaid qualification then: - MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the PMDC with Post-graduate minor diploma in Cardiology or equivalent qualifications recognized by the PMDC with two years practical experience in a recognized institution before or after post-graduation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre, Samli Murree, is an attached institute of RIC. The selected candidate may be deployed there as per institutional policy.
2. Both Male / Female applicants having Domicile of Province of Punjab may apply.
3. Appointments shall be made on Ad-hoc Basis initially for a period of 01 year extendable subject to good performance.
4. In case of 'O' and 'A' Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
5. Special Persons (Differently able persons) shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.
6. Applicants shall provide original documents at the time of Scrutiny / Interview.
7. The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
8. Age relaxation in upper age limit shall be dwelt as per latest notification by Government of the Punjab S&GAD & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
9. Quotas shall be observed as per Recruitment Policy, 2022.
10. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one posts, he / she must have to submit separate application form for each post.
11. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel.
12. Only the degree issued by the university / institute or reputed foreign university with HEC recognized, will be considered / acceptable.
13. Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate at any stage of recruitment process or during service.
14. Department reserves the right to cancel, increase or decrease the number of posts at any level / stage without assigning any reason.
15. Candidates are advised in their own interest to make sure before applying that they fulfill the eligibility criteria under the specific service rules relating to the posts as mentioned above.
16. The appointment will be made strictly in accordance with the rules and policies. The candidates possessing a diploma from the Punjab Medical Faculty or from an institute affiliated / registered / recognized by the PMF or any recognized by Public Institution of Punjab.
17. The Competent authority is authorized to modify any of the condition / clauses in shortlisting criteria in the interest of general public as per compelling circumstances.
18. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and informed accordingly.
19. The Candidates are required to apply for the post within 15 Days after the Publication of Advertisement and submit their duly filled in application forms along with one set of attested photocopies of all relevant academic certificates / Degrees / Diplomas / valid registration certificate / other relevant documents, domicile certificate, CNIC, experience certificate (if any).
20. The Last Date for submission of Application is 26 FEB 2026.
21. The selected candidates will also be intimated via postal address or any other source of communication i.e. telephonically.
22. Provision of false / fabricated / bogus may lead to strict consequences / action.
23. No TA / DA shall be admissible for appointment in test / interview.
