Master's degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Business Administration (MBA - Operations / Supply Chain / Procurement Management / or an equivalent relevant discipline from an HEC recognized university. (Preferably LUMS, IBA, NUST etc.) Candidates possessing professional certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent will be preferred. Experience in healthcare / hospital supply chain management shall be an added advantage. At least five (05) years of post-qualification relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Materials Management. Preference will be given to candidates having experienced in public sector organizations, tertiary care hospitals, or large healthcare institutions. |
Sound knowledge of procurement rules, PPRA / Punjab Procurement Rules (as applicable) Hands on experience in vendor management, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and contract management. Proficiency in ERP / HMIS / Supply Chain Management Systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and report writing skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure in a healthcare environment. |
