Roles & Responsibility: |

|
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University. |
➤ Supervise bank's strategy for acquisition, disposal, lease negotiation and relocation of premises |
|
Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification exp. with 05 years in similar position. |
➤ Oversee Bank's infrastructure including land, office buildings and documentation |

➤ Manage construction / renovation, budgets, timelines, and quality control |
|

➤ Overall supervision of Procurement & Purchasing, Care Taking, Record keeping and other related areas |
|
— |
➤ Ensure all security arrangements are adequate and in place for safety, security of Bank Assets |

➤ Liaison with Gov't agencies, to ensure compliance of Legal requirements e.g environment, health & safety |
|
— |
➤ Selection of vendors and supervising purchasing processes in accordance with rules and bank defined parameters |
|

➤ Make contingency planning in case of disaster situation |
Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
