Manager Credit Administration CAD (01)
Location: Head Office Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University. Risk-related certification preferred will be added an advantage
Experience: Minimum 05 years post qualification exp. with 02 years in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Overseeing the credit administration function to ensure proper processing and documentation of all loan and credit facilities
- Reviewing and verifying credit documentation submitted by branches/zones to ensure completeness and compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring disbursed loans for adherence to terms, repayment schedules, and internal/external compliance guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of all credit files, approvals, and supporting documents.
- Implementing and enforcing standard operating procedures, policies, and internal controls for the credit administration function.
- Exercising delegated authority for administrative approvals as per bank policies
Officer Credit Administration (CAD) (02)
Location: Head Office Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University. Risk-related certification preferred will be added an advantage
Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Reviewing and verifying loan documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with internal credit policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of all credit files, approvals, and supporting documents
- Monitoring disbursed loans for compliance with terms, repayment schedules, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with branches/zones/business teams to resolve documentation gaps or discrepancies
- Preparing periodic reports on credit administration activities, exceptions, and pending items for management review
- Supporting internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
Officer Credit Underwriting Unit (CUU) (04)
Location: Head Office Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University. Risk-related certification preferred will be added an advantage
Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Reviewing and assessing credit proposals, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
- Performing detailed analysis of borrower financials, business plans, and repayment capacity.
- Evaluating collateral documentation, including verification of property, gold, or other security offered.
- Making recommendations for approval, modification, or rejection of credit proposals to management.
- Preparing credit evaluation reports and presenting findings to senior management for approval.
- Supporting Implementation of centralized credit policies and risk mitigation strategies.
Officer Operational Risk (01)
Location: Head Office Lahore
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from HEC recognized University
Risk-related certification preferred will be added an advantage
Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification exp. in similar position.
Roles & Responsibility
- Assist in conducting Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
- Help maintain and update the Operational Risk Register under the guidance of the Manager Operational Risk.
- Record and track operational loss incidents, near misses, and control breaches.
- Support in compiling data and preparing periodic operational risk reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with branches/zones and departments for data collection and compliance with operational risk requirements.
Pay Package: Negotiable, depending upon the Qualifications & Experience of candidate.
