CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN BANKING
The Bank of Punjab is one of the fastest-growing banks in Pakistan, with a history of 35+ years and a network of 900+ branches. They are seeking applications for their Digital Banking Division.
Job Details
- Position: Segment Head Digital Product Development (Digital Banking Group)
- Grade: Band-5 to Band-3
- Location: Lahore
Major Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of digital banking initiatives for digital channels.
- Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans, project roadmaps, and sprint plans.
- Lead requirement management (gathering, gap analysis, and specifications).
- Govern agile and hybrid project delivery (backlog management, UAT, and rollout).
- Ensure compliance with SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) regulations and security standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 9–12 years of relevant banking or non-banking experience.
- Age: Up to 55 years old at the time of application.
