1. Segment Head Governance & Quality Control
- Responsibilities: Manage timely validation of financial/non-financial requests, manage quality assurance (QA) for bancassurance, monitor productivity and CCTV access, and conduct team evaluations.
- Eligibility:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience (5 years in banking preferred).
- Age: Up to 55 years.
2. Segment Head Outbound
- Responsibilities: Formulate sales strategies, forecast trends, lead and monitor the outbound team to meet KPIs/service standards, ensure accurate MIS reporting, and design incentive structures.
- Eligibility:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience (5 years in banking preferred).
- Age: Up to 55 years.
3. Segment Head Inbound
- Responsibilities: Drive customer satisfaction and First Call Resolution (FCR), ensure compliance with KYC/AML, monitor KPIs like Service Levels, manage staffing/scheduling, and handle fraud-related escalations.
- Eligibility:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 9 to 12 years of experience (5 years in banking preferred).
- Age: Up to 55 years.
