Career Opportunities in Banking
The Bank of Punjab is one of the fastest-growing banks in Pakistan, with a presence spanning over 35 years and a network of over 900 branches nationwide. Applications are invited for the following position in the Enterprise Risk Management Division (Risk Management Group):
Position: Segment Head – Integrated Risk Management
- Group: Risk Management Group
- Grade: Band 5 / Band 3
- Location: Lahore
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of the Basel Framework at the bank level.
- Ensure timely submission of quarterly CAR & LR to regulators.
- Manage submissions for LCR, NSFR, monitoring tools, and Stress Testing.
- Develop documents like ICAAP, Recovery Plans, and Contingency Funding Plans.
- Review IFRS 9 models (PD, LGD, EAD, CCF models).
- Review/renew the Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework and ERM SOP policies.
- Work on the automation and integration of risk management functions.
- Conduct UATs (User Acceptance Testing) for Basel and IFRS engines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized or foreign university.
- Age: Up to 55 years (as of July 17, 2026).
- Experience: Minimum 09 years of banking experience. Preference is given to those with 04 years of relevant experience.
