available positions and their requirements:

• Registrar (BPS-20, tenure post for three years)

  • Qualification: First class Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university, with no third division in the academic career.
  • Experience: At least 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a BPS-17 or equivalent position in a recognized university, government department, or autonomous organization. Candidates should be familiar with public sector university regulations.

• Controller of Examination (BPS-20/19, tenure post for three years)

  • Qualification: Same as Registrar.
  • Experience: At least 17 years of teaching/administrative experience in a BPS-17 or equivalent position, with at least 3 years of experience in supervising examinations in a university or higher degree-awarding institute. Alternatively, 12 years of teaching/administrative experience in BPS-17 or equivalent, with 3 years of experience in supervising examinations is acceptable for BPS-19 consideration.

• Director Planning and Development (BPS-20, initially contract-based, likely to be regularized)

  • Qualification: First class B.E.(Civil)/MBA/M.Com degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university, with no third division.
  • Experience: At least 17 years of experience in a BPS-17 or equivalent position in a recognized university, government department, organization, or national/international company. Candidates should be well-versed in financial management, audit matters, civil engineering works, and SPPRA rules and regulations.

  • Preference is given to candidates with publications in highly reputed journals (at least 'Y' category).
