Required qualifications include:
- An advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in Business or Public Administration, or a bachelor's degree in the same fields with two additional years of experience.
- CIPS level 3 certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of two years of procurement experience with a Master's degree or four years with a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in report writing, analytical skills, and procurement management within a UN or international organization.
- Knowledge of the UN system, online systems, donor policies, and international/national legal frameworks related to procurement.
- Experience working in diverse environments, using computer software, and with procurement processes.
