- Applications should reach in Office of the Registrar, University of Narowal not later than 23-12-2025 by 04:00 PM through Courier Service (By hand application shall not be received in any circumstances).
- Job Application form along with advertisement can be downloaded from University of Narowal website.
- Application form uploaded on UON's website will only be accepted.
- Applicants must submit six (06) sets of complete dossier (duly signed along with four (04) DVDs pertain to soft copies of all their credentials labeling folders like academic credentials, experience certificates, publications along with their application/dossier). The application form/dossier must contain: a) attested copies of the degrees & both sides of Transcripts/Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs), Experience Certificates (duly verified by the respective employer/s), recent CV, NOC, Domicile, CNIC and recent Passport size photographs. Only verified degrees/transcripts/certificates/marks sheets from HEC/respective Boards, shall be accepted.
- Experience Certificates (duly verified) must be attached and signed/stamped by the respective Employer's/Authorities/Institute's authorized signatory.
- The experience gained on daily basis, part time, visiting, honorary and apprentice shall not be considered and counted.
- Experience in private entities shall only be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms of any other regulatory authority.
- The applicants are advised to carefully read all terms and conditions of the advertisement before submitting their application and to ensure it is complete in all respects.
- Applicants applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each position.
- The responsibility of authenticity/genuineness of the documents/data provided/given with the application will rest absolutely on the applicant. In case any information provided by the applicant in his/her application form is found incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
- Applicants working on Regular/Academic Charges/Officiating/Ad-hoc/Current Charge and Contract basis in Government, Semi Government, and Autonomous Bodies (including University of Narowal Employees) must apply through proper channel and attach NOC along with current status as well as the endorsement by the authority) and Experience Certificates issued from their present and former appointing authorities.
- All applicants are advised to carefully read this advertisement and check the post's requirements before submitting their application.
- The hiring process is subject to the approval of the Competent Authority.
- Candidates with foreign degrees/diplomas/certificates and equivalent of their qualification with the prescribed educational/qualification's in the relevant field of the post advertised must attach a certificate/proof of such equivalence of degree/diploma/certificate issued by the competent authority, e.g., Higher Education Commission/PEC/Inter Boards Chairman Committee, etc. In case they fail to submit, their candidature shall be canceled.
- Shortlisting of the applicants shall be made in accordance with the procedure laid down by the University. The University reserves the right not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- Candidates by the Selection Board through official appointment letters upon approval of the Appointing Authority.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, subject to the maturity and availability of seats.
- Applicants must write the name of the post applied for on the top of the side of the envelope.
- The University is not responsible for delays in receiving job applications from the applicants, calls letters for interview/test and appointment letters for any or no reason.
- Quota against minorities, disabled, and women shall be observed as per Govt. rules, subject to maturity and availability of seats.
- The University reserves the right not to fill any post/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
- An original bank Challan/Deposit Slip paid in any Bank of Punjab, account No. 6510228758000028, No Bank Draft/Pay Order shall be accepted. The application fees are (Non-refundable) as under: Rs. 3000/- for Professor (BS-21).
- All terms and conditions, rules and regulations, perks and privileges, contributions and decisions of University of Narowal/Government shall be applicable.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
- Incomplete/unsigned & applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
