ADMISSION NOTICE
Applications are invited through online portal.i.e. www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk from the candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan for admission in the following colleges/Universities against the reserved seats in BS (four-year-Program) and BS 5th Semester (two-year-Program) for the academic Session 2024. As per the admission policy 2019, the merit will be established as 50% degree/certificate marks and 50% entry test marks. The candidates will be selected on the basis of open merit Balochistan. The entry test will be comprised of 150 MCQs. Less than 50% Marks in Entry Test i.e. 75/150 will not be considered for admission. The Candidates who are waiting for their HSSC results can apply on the basis of Hope certificate for BS Programs only. 9. Bahauddin Zakriya University, Multan (Main Campus/Sub campuses) (The candidates applying for University of Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan must apply online at admission portal of university www.bzu.edu.pk within admission deadline). (50% seats reserved for females).

1. Candidates will apply through online portal i.e. www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk

3. The candidates must mention his/her choices of discipline/institute in the online application form which will be considered final. Requests regarding Change of choices/universities will not be entertained after submission of form.
4. Chalan slip (treasury receipt) bearing account number can be downloaded from the given website, where candidates have to submit fee Rs. 1000/- (One thousand Rupees) in any branch of UBL before applying for online admission within the CLOSING DATE from 24th June to 20th July 2024. No application forms will be accepted after the closing date.
6. Those students who failed to pay fee challan within due date will not be allowed to appear in Entry Test and disqualified at any stage.
7. Student who studied from Colleges/Schools affiliated with BBISE Quetta shall enter their HSSC II Roll number in online application form.
9. Student who studied from Colleges/Schools affiliated with other boards shall enter their HSSC Part II Roll number & expected marks manually.
10. The maximum age for the candidates must be 22 years for BS/B.Sc/BBA/LLB and associate degrees (after 12 years of education).
11. The maximum age for the candidates must be 26 years for BS 5th Semester Programs etc (after 14 years of education).
12. Those candidates who failed to appear and qualify University of Punjab, Lahore Admission Test are ineligible for reserved seats of Balochistan in the University of Punjab, Lahore for session 2023. Incase if the university relaxed the rule at any stage, their candidature will be considered as per university requirements.
13. The students applying for ELB 5 year's degree must have valid LAT Test score/result before submission of application form. Late results will not be entertained.
14. It will be mandatory for the candidates to bring original CNIC, Student identity card; original paid challan slip (treasury receipt) and downloaded copy of admission certificate/online slip with thumb impression, recent passport size picture and signature, at the time of Entry Test, to avoid any inconvenience at the examination center.
15. The shortlisted candidates will have to get verified their Local Certificates from the concerned district's Deputy Commissioner, before Selection.
16. Merit List will be generated as per admission Policy 2019. Passing marks in Entry test is defined as 75/150. Merit Weightage formula i.e. 50% Academic marks and 50% Entry Test marks. Less than 75/150 marks in entry test shall be considered disqualified.
17. The candidates will be selected on the basis of open merit Balochistan except (Govt. College Women University Faisalabad), Special Quota for the students of Gwadar in GCWU Faisalabad
only.
18. Those candidates who failed to meet any requirements of universities, their candidature will be cancelled at any stage.
a). Eligibility: All Candidates who had passed their last degree of B.A, BSc, B.com, AD, ADS or equivalent in relevant subjects and meet universities admission criteria are eligible.
b) Candidates waiting for their B.A/B.Sc./B.com/AD/ADS or equivalent result may apply. They shall submit their final result to the technical branch of directorate colleges & higher education before declaration of entry test result. DMC/Transcript of 4th Semester and delayed final result of 2 years degree program will not be accepted and entertained.
c) Those candidates who are currently enrolled in BS Four/five year's degree programs in any university/college are ineligible to apply against BS 5th semester/Post ADP Programs as per universities admission criteria.
d) Candidates applying against programs irrelevant to their last degree/academic qualification will be considered disqualified at any stage.
Date of Admission Entry Test 2024, venue & test timing will be announced/communicated by Directorate of Colleges & Higher Education (Technical Branch) to the candidates through Newspaper, and also at our website www.chte.gob.pk or portal.chte.gob.pk in tracking applicant section.
