Key Responsibilities & Professional Credentials:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Assist in documentation, filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure timely dispatch of documents and internal communications.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a government/semi-government entity is an advantage.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Post-qualification experience will be considered.
- Candidates possessing the required qualifications, experience, and age may apply.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews; no travel allowance/daily allowance (TA/DA) will be provided.
- Government employees should apply through the proper channels with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department.
- Applications received after the due date will not be accepted.
- A general age relaxation of 5 years may be granted as per the rules.
- Selection will be based on merit. Any attempt to influence the selection process will result in disqualification.
