How to Apply?

  • Candidate must possess effective communication skills. Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in dealing with relevant subject matter of corporate affairs Ability to provide strategic direction along with stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership abilities and team player, backed by effective time management qualities, and professionalism.
  • Minimum 16 years' education in Law / LLM/from HEC recognized local/foreign reputable University.
  • Minimum 05 years relevant professional experience in Institutional Reforms, financial institution, Government and /or an international organization is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex organizational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Minimum 16 years' education in any discipline from HEC recognized local/foreign reputable University.
  • An overall experience of 15 years of public sector experience of minimum 10 years of professional experience in dealing with Public Sector human resource management including knowledge in public sector Human Resource Profiling, Leave Management and Retirement/ Pension related matters.
  • Familiarity with the Personnel Management related laws and procedures of Government of Punjab.
  • Candidate must possess effective communication skills.
  • Ability to provide strategic direction along with stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership abilities and team player, backed by effective time management qualities, and professionalism.

  • Consultants must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority and FBR with active taxpayer status. Incomplete applications or received after the due date will not be considered.
  • Only short-listed candidates will be invited for the interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid in this regard.
  • The service of selected applicants will be terminated whose degree(s)/ education certificates are found bogus. Consultancy fee commensurate with experience and qualification will be offered to the selected candidates.
