Job Description

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies, business planning, and financial modeling for investment and public-private partnership (PPP) projects
  • Develop business models, including the financial and operational structure of projects
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, financial planning, and operational modeling
  • Develop and deliver financial feasibility studies, proposals, and other project-related documents
  • Contribute and lead on proposal writing and project costing, including bid and proposal preparation for projects
  • Develop and conduct due diligence, including financial, commercial, and operational due diligence for potential transactions
  • Identify and build a pipeline of projects for investment
  • Manage project teams, including the work of analysts
  • Contribute to legal documentation and negotiations on behalf of the Government of the Punjab (GoPb)
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government departments, consultants, and legal advisors
  • Prepare and present reports and project updates to senior management and government committees
  • Participate in relevant training and capacity building for project team members
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and key trends for various sectors in Punjab
  • Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
