GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These recruitments shall be made on contract basis, extendable (subject to satisfactory performance) under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended in 2016) of the Government of the Punjab and extension of PC-I.
2. All applications must be applicable on Government policy.
3. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview by the Department.
4. Transgenders are encouraged to apply.
5. Candidates having domicile of Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.
6. These vacancies are post specific and non-transferable.
7. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for the interview.
8. Candidates already working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel.
9. The age and experience of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application.
10. The experience means post qualification experience acquired after obtaining the academic qualification required for any stage of recruitment process or during service.
11. The candidates possessing the same qualification recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered. The degree program must be HEC recognized or on before closing date of the advertisement. The verification of the degree/equivalence certificate will be the sole responsibility of the candidate and must be produced at the time of interview/SMCS by the concerned department.
12. Only relevant experience will be counted. A set of attested photocopies will be provided by the applicant at the time of interview. Candidates will bring all the degree attested by HEC at the time of interview, otherwise, he/she would not be allowed to appear in interview.
13. Number of vacancies can be increased/decreased at any time without any notice.
14. The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications, or cancel the whole recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reasons.
15. For each category of positions, appointment shall be notified at the specified location of recruitment.
16. The selected candidate will have to sign a service contract with the Department including all other conditions criteria shall be followed.
17. In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one category, he/she must have to submit separate application form for each category.

19. Candidates must fill in the application form (online), along with all deposit slip of prescribed fees in favor of National Testing Service. Copy of CNIC and two recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (educational and experience certificates) must be sent through courier to NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad.
20. Test fee shall be paid through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash. For further details, please see the NTS website (www.nts.org.pk).
21. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date or closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained.
22. Last date for submission of application must reach NTS by 03.07.2019.
23. The roll no. slips of written test shall be communicated to the eligible/shortlisted candidates only through NTS. Candidates are advised to visit NTS website regularly for updates.
24. Test shall be held at NTS subjects will be mentioned in NTS website.
25. Candidates must have at least 50% marks in NTS test to pass the test. However, shortlisting for interview will be done as per NTS shortlisting criteria and policy.
