The individuals who fulfil the below basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following positions:

Position/Job Title

Unit Head - Pension & Investment (AVP/VP)

Reporting to

Wing Head - Pension & Investment

Educational/Professional Qualification

- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC. - Candidates having a Master's degree would be preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 06 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking and/or Finance with at least 01 year in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Operations and/or Payroll and/or Pension Funds.

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required

- Knowledge of Pension & Investment and HR Operations processes - Good communication skills - Good team player - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) - Working knowledge of SAP HCM would be preferred

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities

- To supervise and ensure routine sanctioning of all retirement & pensionary benefits of all regular employees of the Bank within agreed and defined TAT - To assist the Wing Head in compiling/revising pension scenarios as per the directives by the Board of Directors - To prepare periodical reports on pension for Financial Statement/SBP's inspection and Internal/External Audit - To supervise Pension & Investment Wings' processes to improve TAT and ensure all tasks & assignments comply with the regulatory and organizational policies & procedures - To coordinate with Tax division for acquiring tax exemption certificate for Pension & Benevolent Fund Trust - To address the grievances of pensioners to ensure un-interrupted payments - To reconcile NBP Pension Fund Accounts in collaboration with concerned quarters/stake holders - To assist the Wing Head in pension funds investment portfolio - To provide support in implementation of Pension & Investment related initiatives and manage the administrative tasks - To maintain data and MIS of Pension & Investment and ensure data accuracy - To assist Wing Head P&IW in coordination with HR Governance division for Internal/External/FBRAudit/SBP inspection and ensure timely response for closure - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Position/Job Title

Senior Officer - Pension & Investment (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to

Wing Head - Pension & Investment

Educational/Professional Qualification

- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC - Candidates having a Master's degree would be preferred

Experience

- Minimum 02 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking and/or Finance with at least 01 year in Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Operations and/or Payroll and/or Pension Funds

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required

- Knowledge of Pension & Investment and HR Operations processes - Good communication skills - Good team player - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) - Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities

- To process retirement & pensionary benefits of all regular employees of the Bank within agreed and defined TAT - To update monthly pension records with errorless entries and ensure no discrepancies are recorded - To attend queries/requests and provide information related to pension & investment - To provide support in implementation of Pension & Investment related initiatives and manage the administrative tasks - To maintain data and MIS of Pension & Investment and ensure data accuracy - To coordinate with other divisions/groups for closure of pending issues - To keep abreast with latest changes in the industry and suggest process improvement - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

Position/Job Title

Officer - End Service Benefits (OG-II/OG-I)

Reporting to

Wing Head - End Service Benefits

Educational/Professional Qualification

- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC - Candidates having a Master's degree would be preferred

Experience

- Minimum 02 years of working experience in Human Resources and/or Banking and/or Finance with at least 01 year in the area of HR Operations and/or HR Services and/or Compensation & Benefits and/or Rewards and/or Benefit Management and/or Medical and Life Insurance/Benevolent

Other Skills/Expertise/Knowledge Required

- Knowledge of End Service Benefits & HR Operations processes - Good communication skills - Good team player - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) - Working knowledge of SAP-HCM would be preferred

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities

- To manage lien release related activities of all resigned/retired/dismissed/deceased employees of the Bank - To manage lien on pension/benevolent fund/medical insurance/encashment of leave on payment at renewal - To process medical care claims by coordinating with Insurance Company, deceased employee's legal heirs and legal department of the bank - To manage benevolent fund related activities of the bank - To coordinate with the consultant for benevolent fund and sit on panel in coordination with concerned hospital's management and execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) - To provide support in implementation of End Service Benefits related initiatives, the administrative tasks - To maintain data and MIS of relevant areas of HR and ensure data accuracy - To assist Wing Head in coordination with HR Governance division for Internal/External/FBRAudit/SBP inspection and ensure timely response for closure - To coordinate with other divisions/groups for closure of pending issues - To coordinate with relevant Wing for processing of all loans - To coordinate with all departments/divisions for HR matters - To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)

| Employment Type | The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the management. The individuals selected will be offered competitive market based compensation and other benefits as per Bank's policy/rules. |
