INSTRUCTIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
i. Candidates are advised to apply online on prescribed Application Form available on NTS website (www.nts.org.pk). The application forms/Fees Challan must reach at National Testing Service (NTS), Plot # 96, Street # 4, H-8/1, Islamabad by Courier Service / Pakistan Post etc. on or before the last date of submission of applications mentioned below. ii. Photocopies of educational documents / experience certificates are not required at this stage.
iii. Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee as follows as prescribed by NTS: [1]
iv. Candidates may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centers, results etc. [1]
v. Officers with Premature or Compulsory Retirement or Retired on Misconduct or as (with or without) Fault of officer are ineligible to apply. (For positions at sr#1)
vi. The positions are contract-based, and selected candidate will be offered lump-sum pay-package and will not be regularized in service. The successful candidate will be offered three years contract extendable with mutual consent and terminable with one month notice by either party. [1]
vii. The candidates appearing in the interview must bring their original credentials (CNIC, educational certificates duly verified by HEC, verified copies of experience certificate(s), card(s) / certificate(s) of registration with professional/respective bodies (PEC/Relevant Institute/body etc., departmental NOC in case the candidate is already working in government department / organization) and other relevant document(s) along with attested copy thereof.
viii. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for test / interview. No TA/DA will be provided for the interview/written test.
ix. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect & misleading information / concealment of facts shall be disqualified at any stage, even after selection, with cost.
x. The candidates who have been weeded out of service on disciplinary grounds as well as dismissed or debarred from future employment are not eligible to apply.
xi. Candidates, if selected against these positions will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company. [1]
