Terms of Contract: One (01) year extendable contract based on satisfactory performance and company requirement. SELECTION PROCEDURE:
Eligible candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) by an independent Testing Agency. The test score will be displayed on the candidate's computer screens at the time of termination of the test.
Candidates securing 70% or more marks in the CBT will be called for a grooming assessment and a subsequent interview. Candidates finally selected will be required to undergo a thorough medical examination.
All provincial/regional quotas and applicable regulations shall be complied with.

Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited is looking for aviators with a great passion for flying. In this regard, applications are invited for the position of Captain on ATR. Eligible candidates must possess the following specifications. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Intermediate 2nd Division or equivalent from a recognized institute.
Valid ATPL / IR from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.
Minimum 1500 flying hours include: 500 hours as P1 on multi-engine AND 1000 hours as P1/P2 on turbojet
However, those who have ATR experience will be given preference.
Upto 50 years (including all age relaxations) as of the last date of submission of application. Valid Class-1 from Pakistan Civil Aviation.
One (01) year contract extendable based on the company's requirement and subject to satisfactory performance.
Eligible candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent Testing Agency based on the approved syllabus. The test score will be displayed on the candidate's computer screens at the time of termination of the test.
Candidates securing 70% or more marks in the CBT will be called for a preliminary interview, including flying aptitude followed by psychiatric/medical evaluation by a Medical Board.
Candidates declared fit by the Medical Board will undergo a Flight Check (Expense to be borne by the selected candidates).
Candidates who pass the Flight Check will be called for the final interview.
After completion of the entire process, only successful candidates will be informed accordingly.
All provincial/regional quotas and applicable regulations will be complied with. SALARY PACKAGE:
An attractive Salary Package will be offered with ATR-42/72 Type Rating, compatible with experience. Upon accepting the contract, the candidate will be required to submit a Surety Bond as a Bank Guarantee of PKR 5,000,000/- (Fifty Lac's) refundable after 1 year of productive service (on a pro-rata basis).
