1	General Manager (Legal, Corporate Affairs & Compliance)	01	50 years	Leads legal advisory, corporate governance, and compliance. Supports the CEO and Board of Directors.	Edu: LL.B/LL.M (16 years education). Exp: Min. 15 years relevant experience (5 years in legal/compliance/company secretarial role).
2	Dy. General Manager (Legal, Corporate Affairs & Compliance)	01	45 years	Assists the GM in legal and compliance functions. Manages complex legal matters and compliance programs.	Edu: LL.B/LL.M (16 years education). Exp: Min. 10 years relevant experience (5 years in legal/compliance/company secretarial role).
3	Manager (Budgeting & Financial Reporting)	01	45 years	Oversees accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury functions for PIAHCL and subsidiaries.	Edu: CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting. Exp: Min. 07 years professional experience (3 years in a managerial role in a large corporate entity).

General Conditions

Location: All positions are based in Islamabad on a performance-driven, KPI-focused fixed-term contract.
Age Relaxation: A 05-year general age relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable.
Selection: Appointments are based on merit with a competitive, market-driven package.
