Position

- Key Competencies: Proven track record of leading a diverse team of professionals with reckonable financial performance.
- Deep understanding of asset management, economic trends, and regulatory environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities.
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure adherence
- to industry standards and best practices.
- Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term
- relationships with high-net-worth individuals, government affiliates, institutional investors, and other
- key stakeholders,
- Strong business and strategic acumen along with exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Tenure
- The selected candidates will be offered a performance-based three-year contract, which may be extended,
- subject to business needs as determined by the Board of Directors.
- Pay Package
- A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate, including a market-based
