University of Narowal Punjab Jobs 2024 announce the Contract career opportunities for the post of See Below Ad in Punjab, Narowal for the fresh and experienced candidates on Contract basis who have Check Advertisement degree. How to Apply?
1. Application forms can be downloaded from the website of University of Narowal (www.uon.edu.pk).
2. Last Date for submission of application is 22-07-2024 Application must reach in the Office of the Registrar, University of Narowal on or before due date.
3. Name of the post applied for must be mentioned on top right corner of the envelope.
4. The applicants must submit three (03) sets of application forms along with attested photocopies of all the relevant documents, CNIC, one recent photograph, degrees/marks sheets, experience certificates must be attached with the application form.
5. For the posts of Professor job application form must contain Six (06) sets of attested copies of the Degrees & Detailed Marks Certificates, Experience Certificates, Domicile, CNIC, Publications, recent passport size photographs and any other relevant document. Applicants must send Six (06) sets of soft copies of their credentials on USB.
The size of Pdf file should not exceed 20 MB.
6. The applicants are also required to submit a demand draft / pay order / Bank Challan of following amount in favor of "Treasurer, University of Narowal" payable at Bank of Punjab, University of Narowal (Branch Code 0061) along -with application (Postal Orders are not acceptable):
Rs. 3000/- for (BS-21) and (BS-20) ⚫ Rs. 2000/- for (BS-19) Rs. 1000/- for (BS-18) and (BS-17) ⚫ Rs. 800/- for (BS-16)
7. For all posts only HEC recognized Degrees, Degrees / Certificates awarded by Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education will be considered.
8. Applications of the candidate(s) whose result is not officially announced by the Controller of Examinations of a Board/University on or before the closing date shall not be considered.
9. The applicant(s) having foreign degree must attach HEC/IBCC equivalence certificate (Issued & Attested by the HEC/BCC) with the Application Form.
10. The applicants who have domestic/foreign degrees/diploma/certificates and claim equivalence of their qualification with the prescribed educational qualification's in the relevant field of the post advertised, must attach a certificate proof of such equivalence of degree/diploma/certificate issued by the competent authority e.g. Higher Education Commission/ Pakistan Council for Architects and Town Planners (PCATP)/PEC/Inter Boards Chairman Committee etc. on or before the closing date. In case they fail to submit, their candidature shall be cancelled.
11. Applicants working on Regular / Acting Charge/Officiating / Ad-hoc / Current Charge and Contract basis in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (including UON's Employees) must apply through proper channel and attach NOC (issued by Appointing Authority only) and Experience Certificate/s issued from their present and former Appointing Authority/Head of Institution/Organization by due date, otherwise their application shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
12. Instructions issued by the Higher Education Commission or University from time to time shall be followed in true letter and spirit.
13. Experience in Private Entities shall only be accepted if such entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms or any other Regularity Authority.
14. Only that particular/professional experience shall be considered which has been acquired in the relevant area while working in Public Sector or recognized institutions in the Private Sector. 15. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. A written test can be taken where
needed.
16. Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted as per the Government/University rules.
17. Quota (Women, Disables and Minorities) will be applicable as per Government/University
rules.
18. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
19. University will not be responsible in case of receiving applications after due date. No claim shall be accepted in such case.
20. University reserves the right not to fill any post/ withhold appointment on any advertised post
without assigning any reason.
21. Number of posts may vary at the time of interview.
22. Incomplete application in any respect is liable to be rejected.
