Head Liability Business
VP-SVP-I/SVP (No. of Position-1)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement deposit mobilization strategies aligned with the Bank's overall business plan.
- Formulate innovative liability products and campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments.
- Ensure optimal product pricing, competitive positioning, and profitability of the liability portfolio.
- Drive deposit growth across over 500 branches by setting regional and branch-level targets.
- Design and roll out marketing, awareness, and customer engagement initiatives to attract low-cost deposits (CASA) and long-term funds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, institutional depositors, and government bodies.
- Leverage digital channels and alternative delivery platforms to enhance deposit mobilization.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to Regional Business Heads (RBHs) and Branch Managers.
- Monitor branch performance and ensure accountability through structured review mechanisms (MIS, dashboards, KPIs).
- Ensure adherence to SBP regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards for liability products.
- Maintain oversight of deposit pricing, cost of funds, and profitability metrics.
- Implement effective risk management practices in liability business operations.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Unit Head - Product Development
AVP-AVP (No. of Position-1)
- Experience: Minimum 06 years experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
- Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop liability/deposit products (CASA, term deposits, specialized deposit schemes, savings products) to cater to diverse customer segments.
- Benchmark deposit products against competitors and introduce innovative solutions to strengthen the Bank's market positioning.
- Ensure all products are aligned with SBP regulations, Shariah compliance (where applicable), and internal policies.
- Develop pricing strategies, product features, and value propositions to improve liability mix and reduce cost of funds.
- Work closely with Head Liability Business, Regional Business Heads, and Branch Managers to design and implement deposit campaigns.
- Provide marketing content, product literature, and training material to enhance branch capability in product selling.
- Design customer acquisition and retention strategies through attractive product features and loyalty programs.
- Analyze MIS reports, customer trends, and branch-level data to refine product performance and effectiveness.
- Liaise with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product rollout and customer experience.
- Liaise & coordinate with credit division for designing and implementation of lending products.

Head Credit Policy
VP-SVP-I/SVP (No. of Position-01)
- Experience: Minimum 12 years experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
- Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate, review, and update the Bank's Credit Policy and Manual covering all aspects of lending, risk management, and related regulations.
- Ensure compliance with prudential regulations, policies, and related delivery mechanisms to effectively manage the credit portfolio.
- Manage the annual account closing process with a specific focus on credit-related provisions, write-offs, and compliance.
- Prepare and submit the department's annual required budget, estimates, manpower plans, and all required regulatory reporting.
- Review, address, and coordinate the resolutions of all SBP, internal, and external audit observations/queries pertaining to credit management.
- Ensure the timely payment of all credit schemes and products.
- Develop and ensure instructional circulars and guidance notes for consistent implementation and compliance by field staff.
- Liaise with relevant external agencies, including the SBP, SECP, Stock Exchange, NBFCs, etc., for credit-related matters and resolution of issues.
- Foster and maintain effective liaison with key stakeholders, including the SBP, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of National Food Security & Research, etc.

Head Credit Portfolio Management
VP-SVP-I/SVP (No. of Position-01)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Credit Risk Management/Portfolio Management.
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the Bank's overall credit portfolio, including individual and aggregated risk exposure, financial performance, geographical potential, and emerging risks.
- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for timely credit portfolio adjustments based on market dynamics.
- Analyze and monitor regional and branch-level credit performance indicators and all performance measures.
- Manage the identification, assessment, and mitigation of all operational credit risks.
- Manage the Bank's credit risk management and compliance with all applicable regulations and directives.
- Promote and ensure compliance with SBP regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards for credit products.

Unit Head - Remedial Asset Management

- Job Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Analysis to shift insightful trends in Collections/Repayment Management and track Collection performance.
- Identify Data based improvement areas to increase collection/Repayment efficiency as per the diverse regional dynamics.
- Implement robust collection/Repayment strategy along with regular tracking of results to maintain control and take pro-active measures.
- Ensure close collaboration with key stakeholders to maximize Collection performance which went up from.
- Preparation of performance review data collection/repayments of the Bank when required by the management.
- Monitoring and persuasion for the achievement of bucket wise allocated targets of Clusters/Regions through different mode of communication with the field functionaries.

Software Developer (.Net Technology)

- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer connectivity with SBP systems (RTGS, PRISM, MMPortal, etc.).
- Manage and administer connectivity with other banks.
- Monitoring application performance and resolving latency or connectivity issues.
- Coordinating with SBP IT for support in case of interface or connectivity-related issues.
- Providing on-site support for any hardware/software issues related to Treasury module.
- Ensuring system and network security are functional and ready.
- Manage and process requests related to Treasury module.
- Provide support to users on Treasury module.

Eligibility/Ineligibility Criteria:
- Maximum age limit for SVP/VP is 45 years, AVP/VP is 40 years, OGI is 40 years and OG3 is 30 years as on closing date to apply.
