- At least 5 years of experience in managing public sector programs, health sector reforms and other similar initiatives at national of provincial level. |
| 2 | MIS Officer <br> Reference No. PK-NHSP-KP-470214-CS-INDV | * A master's degree in computer science or a related degree is an advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in MIS development and management, preferably in donor-funded programs or healthcare projects
- Experience with World Bank-funded projects or other international organizations is a strong advantage. |
| 3 | Environment & Social Officer <br> Reference No. PK-NHSP-KP-470224-CS-INDV | * At least, master's degree or equivalent (sixteen (16) years of education), In Environmental Studies/Science, Natural Resource Management duly recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- At least 5 years of in dealing with environmental and social management and Implementation particularly in education and health sector.
- Sound knowledge of national environmental laws and policies.
- Knowledge of International Development Organization's environmental and social safeguards policies and shall be accorded due weightage.
- Experience of environmental and social management and Compliance in the project implementation. |

The Health Department invites qualified individual consultants to express their interest in providing the aforementioned services.
- Interested individual consultants must provide:
- A letter of Expression of Interest, providing information demonstrating ability, skills and experience to undertake advertised assignment and deliver inputs/outputs required under the TORS
- A detailed, up to dated and signed Curriculum Vitae highlighting qualifications and experience in carrying out similar assignments and recent picture, as well as references for possible checks.
- All applicants shall submit attested copies of educational documents as well as experience certificates.
- Project reserve the right to accept or reject the positions mentioned in fully or partly.
- The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers" July 2016 (revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020] ("Procurement Regulations"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
- Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Paragraphs 7.36 & 7.37 of "World Bank: Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non- Consulting and Consulting Services" (July 2016) revised November 2017, August 2018 & November 2020.
- Expressions of interest (EOI) of interested candidates shall be delivered in written form to House No.50C-(IV) Circular Road University Town Peshawar till 4:00 PM, 07.02.2025.
