After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip having token number, Project code &candidates' personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) through Easypaisa app or Agent Jazz Cash app or at any branch of UBL Bank via UBL OMNIagent.
4. After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
After online apply, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be Hazara DivisionRegistration (for lecturers only). Experience Certificate (attested copies) will be required to submit at later stage after screening test is conducted.

13. Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if
Convicted by the Court of Law Dismissed from Public Service.
Knowingly furnishes any false information.

14. Character verification and background check of the selectee will be conducted. In case of any unsatisfactory information/report or criminal record the selection will stand cancel/withdrawn immediately.

15. Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.

16. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.

17. 2% quota is reserved for disabled & 10% quota is reserved for female candidate & 5% quota for minority person shall be applicable on the above mentioned posts.

(Disability certificate issued by the competent medical board should be required).

Experience should be from FBR approved/registered Institutes/ firms/organizations.

In case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

20. Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification

Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.

Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip 10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal/courier means.
